Last Call!!! For hotel rooms!!!

Family I need to know if you plan on staying at the resort. We have sold out our initial block and have added several more above our max. I cannot add any more rooms unless we add under a contract change. This will make me responsible to pay for unfilled room. So I need an accurate count of rooms needed ASAP.

It is not guaranteed that we will have the price at $189 but the max I was told if it did was approximately $229. Even though I have not solidified the price, this price is of $229 is still way cheaper than what you can book a hotel of this caliber. Please contact me or a Committee member before Feb 17th.

If have only RSVP’d and not made any payments and you are still planning on attending you will need to contact us, make a payment, and provide us information of who and how many.
