December Update

Hello family we are working hard to get the final prices for the deposit. The deposit will be the amount required for the room blocks fees, administrative fees, and the payment for the banquet and party venues.

Our goal is to be as transparent as possible to ensure that you understand where your money is going. We will have invoices available to help contribute with being transparent. We are willing to meet with any family member to discuss finances as it pertains to the Family Reunion.

We are hoping to set the foundation for years to come to pass on this website and the accounts associated to the next family member who volunteers to host. We have assigned committee members to assist throughout this process. I, LaRone Thomas, will be leading the 2024 family reunion effort as Director. Pamela Thomas, my wife, is the creator of this lovely website and is the Co-Director and website administrator. Melissa Collins, my sister will be the Assistant Director and Financial Accountant. There will be other Committee positions that we will solicit family to help out in categories such as Kids Activities, Bid Wiz Tournaments, family events, and hopefully more.

Also when you have a chance, take time out to register on the website as a member and share those family photos. Mostly everyone has RSVP’d but has not yet become a member. To become a member you will just need to click the Log In icon at the top right corner of the website. If you need assistance please feel free to reach out us.
